Terms of service

By creating an account or using the hosted service at yourpanel.host you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you use YourPanel for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. You must be at least 16 years old.

• Give accurate details and keep your password and two-factor device safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
• Tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised.
• Workspace owners decide who joins and what role they have.

You keep all rights to your servers, code and data. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the service for you. The agent runs with root privileges on servers you connect, and acts only on commands from your workspace. Connect only servers you own or are allowed to manage, and keep your own backups: the panel helps you take them, but you are responsible for having them.

Do not use YourPanel to:

• break the law, or host or deploy content that is illegal or infringes others' rights;
• send spam, run phishing or malware, or attack, scan or overload systems you do not operate;
• access other workspaces, probe the service for weaknesses outside our disclosure process, or get around limits;
• resell the service or use it in a way that harms other users.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or the risk to others prevents it.

The service is currently free, with limits such as the number of servers per workspace. We may change features or limits, or introduce paid plans. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a change that removes something you use or starts charging for it.

We work to keep the service running, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Your apps keep running on your servers when the panel is unreachable; only management, deploys and alerts pause.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue or profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or 100 US dollars if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your workspace at any time from the panel; the agents on your servers then stop receiving commands and can be uninstalled. We may end your access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you at least 30 days to remove your servers and copy your data.

We will email workspace owners before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
